Event Access with photo ID

 

Please note that in order to access the event, ALL participants with nominative access passes will be asked to show a photo ID document issued by an official government body. The name on the ID document must match the name on the access pass.

   
Access Pass Collection Dates & Times:  
   
Saturday 22 October: 10:00 to 18.00 hrs
   
Sunday 23 to Wednesday 26 October inclusive: 08:00 to 18:00 hrs
   
Friday 27 October: 08:00 to 16:00 hrs
   

Location:
At the Registration desks located at the main entrance of the Venue (door E11).

 

Bring with you:
Photo ID document issued by an official government body. This also applies to the Pre-Registered Self Printing desks.

 

Bulk/group pass collection:
Recommended to reduce queues, however do ensure the focal point or designated representative of the group collecting the passes:

 

  • Presents just his/her own photo ID document issued by an official government body (ie not necessary for the entire group).
     
  • Has informed their group of the necessary arrangements to retrieve their access pass (eg at their hotel etc).
